These scholarships take a holistic approach in consideration of your academic talents, 财务需要, 和其他因素来决定奖励. Students who qualify will receive scholarship awards at time of admission. Scholarship awards are a combination of institutional and foundation funding.

You are automatically considered for an academic scholarship based on eligibility criteria and information provided in your application for admission; first-time students with a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher and transfer students with a total college cumulative GPA 2.8分或以上将被优先考虑. 另外, the 入学s office will review your full academic portfolio to determine a merit scholarship offer.

Students may appeal the cancellation of their renewable FSU 入学s scholarship one time only. The student must be able to document extenuating circumstances and present a complete academic plan. A student in their final semester prior to graduation that does not meet the 12-credit enrollment minimum is also eligible to appeal.
Appeals must be received in the FSU财政援助 Office by the end of the published free/add drop period for the semester following the loss of the award. Students who successfully appeal must then proceed to meet the criteria set for their specific award upon the end of the approved semester to keep the award.
The above does not apply to FSU 基金会 awards which are reviewed upon awarding.
